Mitchell is a skilled Registered Nurse with a background in Emergency and community nursing. He has delivered services across much of Australia, including remote and regional communities, and brings a hands-on, compassionate approach to every client.

Mitchell co-founded Tropical North Care to provide high-quality, local support to NDIS participants in Far North Queensland. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, formula 1 and footy.

Brittany is a masters qualified teacher with a diverse background spanning education, banking and finance, and events management. She brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a warm, people-focused approach to Tropical North Care.

With a passion for community, Brittany plays a key role in the operational and client experience side of the business. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, reformer Pilates, and exploring the outdoors.
