Key Responsibilities:

AIN: Assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and mobility support.

EN: Administer medications, observe patient conditions, contribute to care planning, assist with daily living support, personal care and mobility support.

RN: Lead clinical assessments, implement nursing care plans, oversee patient outcomes, administer medications, observe patient conditions, assist with daily living support, personal care and mobility.

Build strong connections with patients, families, and colleagues.

Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to best practice policies.

Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and clinical supervision.

About You:

Qualified in nursing roles (AIN, EN, or RN), with clinical experience.

Skilled in medication administration, patient assessments, and care planning.

Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgement.

Well‑organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple clinical tasks.

Dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care.
